4. No Guarantee of Outcome

We do not guarantee that any appeal, letter, or document we generate will be successful. Success depends on the specific circumstances of your case, the accuracy of the information you provide, and decisions made by third parties (councils, parking companies, courts, etc.).

Prices are displayed on each product site. Payment is processed by Stripe. All prices include VAT where applicable. You pay once per use — there are no subscriptions or recurring charges unless explicitly stated.

6. Refund Policy

If you pay for a product and the service is not rendered (e.g., the tool fails to generate output), you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days. Contact hello@wtfhelpme.com. If the tool generates output as described, we cannot offer a refund based on the outcome of your case.
