3. AI Processing

Your uploaded data is sent to Anthropic's Claude AI API for analysis. Anthropic's data policy applies to this processing. Per Anthropic's commercial API terms, your data is not used to train AI models. We use Claude AI because it is designed with safety and data protection as core principles.

4. Data Retention

• Ticket/document data: Deleted within 30 days of processing
• Payment records: Retained as required by law (typically 6 years for tax purposes)
• Analytics data: Retained per Google Analytics default settings
• Contact emails: Retained until your enquiry is resolved, then deleted within 90 days

5. Data Sharing

We share data only with:

• Anthropic (Claude AI processing)
• Stripe (payment processing)
• Vercel (website hosting)
• Google (analytics)

We NEVER sell your data. We NEVER share it with advertisers.
