WTF Help Me is a suite of AI-powered tools built by Muerto Limited. We help ordinary people deal with parking tickets, legal letters, confusing contracts, and other situations that usually require expensive professional help. Every tool is priced under £5.

What products do you offer?

Muerto Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. We are bootstrapped, independent, and have zero VC investors. Our goal is to make professional-quality tools accessible to everyone.

Is this legal advice?

No. We are not a law firm and nothing we generate constitutes formal legal advice. Our tools are designed to help you represent yourself. If your situation is complex, we recommend seeking independent legal advice.

How It Works

What AI powers your tools?

All our tools are powered by Claude AI from Anthropic. Claude is designed with safety and data protection as core principles. Your data is never used to train AI models.

How do the parking ticket tools work?

Upload a photo of your ticket. Our AI reads it using vision technology, extracts the details, analyses the situation against relevant legislation, and generates a personalised appeal letter you can send directly to the issuing authority.

How accurate is the AI?

Claude AI is highly capable, but AI can make errors. You should always review any generated content before submitting it. We are not liable for inaccuracies in AI output.

Do you guarantee my appeal will succeed?

No. Success depends on the circumstances of your case, the accuracy of the information you provide, and decisions made by third parties (councils, parking companies, courts, etc.). We give you the best possible starting point.

Payment & Pricing

How much does it cost?

Every tool is priced under £5. Prices are shown on each product site. ToolyKit is completely free.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per use. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or hidden fees.

How do I pay?

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of payment security.

Can I get a refund?

If you pay and the tool fails to generate any output, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days. Contact hello@wtfhelpme.com. If the tool generates output as described, we cannot offer a refund based on the outcome of your case.

Do you accept US dollars?

Yes. Our US products (Cancel My Citation, Appeal My Citation) are priced in USD. UK products are priced in GBP.

Privacy & Data

What data do you collect?

Only what's needed: the documents/photos you upload for analysis, basic usage analytics, and your email if you contact us. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe.

Do you sell my data?

Never. We do not sell your data to anyone, ever. We do not share it with advertisers. Full stop.

How long do you keep my data?

Ticket and document data is deleted within 30 days of processing. Payment records are retained as required by law (6 years for tax purposes). Contact emails are deleted within 90 days after resolution.

Is my data used to train AI models?

No. Under Anthropic's commercial API terms, your data is not used to train or improve AI models. Your data is processed, the output is generated, and that's it.

Who can see my data?

We share data only with the services needed to deliver the product: Anthropic (AI processing), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), and Google (analytics). See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Parking Tickets (UK)

What types of UK parking tickets can you help with?

Council PCNs (Penalty Charge Notices), private parking charges from companies like ParkingEye, Excel, and APCOA, and other on-street or off-street violations.

What's the difference between Cancel and Appeal?

Cancel My Parking Ticket analyses your ticket for procedural errors, signage issues, and legal defences that could get it cancelled outright. Appeal My Parking Ticket generates a formal appeal letter based on your circumstances and the relevant legislation.

Do I just upload a photo?

Yes. Take a clear photo of your ticket, upload it, and our AI reads it automatically. You can then review and edit the extracted details before we generate your appeal.

Parking Citations (US)

Which US states are supported?

Our tools work for parking citations across all 50 states. The AI adapts its analysis to the relevant state and local regulations.

How is this different from the UK tools?

US citation law differs significantly from UK parking law. Our US tools understand state-specific violations, municipal codes, and the different appeal processes used by US cities and counties.

Do I need to create an account?

No. Our tools work without accounts or signups. Pay, use the tool, get your result. No passwords, no profiles, no spam.

What browsers are supported?

All modern browsers: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge. Our sites are fully responsive and work on mobile, tablet, and desktop.

What file formats can I upload?

Photos of tickets can be uploaded as JPEG, PNG, or HEIC. Document uploads (for legal tools) accept PDF, JPEG, and PNG.
